Challenge

Ms. Jesslyn of Rockmart, GA reached out to Gutter Shutter of Greater Atlanta with concerns about her current gutter system.  With all the heavy storms that have been moving through Georgia her gutter protection system had sustained serious damages to certain areas on her home and she was worried rainwater was not moving through her system efficiently.  She had been noticing some overshoot that was landing near her foundation and not channeling away from her home as it should.  The homeowner also expressed interested in changing the color of her gutters from white to black.

Solution

Our representative, Ariel, went out and met with the homeowner.  He listened to all of her concerns and reassured her this was something that we could correct.  He went out and provided a complete inspection of her gutters and once completed the findings with Jesslyn, she decided going with the black Gutter Shutter all-in-one gutter guard system was the best choice for her home.  She was also able to change the color to black in order to better match her roof.

Jesslyn is extremely happy with her decision to install a gutter protection system that will keep her home safe and her gutter guard system maintenance free!
