Jesslyn and her husband moved into this home, built in 2017. This stunning Single-family home, in the beautiful Rockmart community, recently sustained gutter damage from a powerful storm that passed through the area. The last storm caused enough severe gutter damage to prompt a call to Gutter Shutter Greater Atlanta for their No-obligation, Fee Estimate.
During the inspection and consultation, Ariel, our design specialist, went over several options for these homeowners to consider. Our Gutter expert examined the existing gutter system and offered the best solution for the needs. Currently, the home is equipped with 5" open-faced gutters on the home. At one time, these gutters were the go-to for most homeowners. They are the most cost-effective options but don't offer the features and benefits that a state-of-the-art Gutter System does.
The days of sagging gutters and gutter maintenance are a thing of the past. We back our Gutter Shutter Gutters with our No-clog guarantee, and our gutter durability is the best in the industry, making Gutter Shutter the best choice for your home. In the end, we have satisfied another property owner with the more sought-after gutter solution.
Our customer located in Powder Springs, GA called us for a free inspection of the 15 year old gutters that were currently on her home. She was concerned there could be fascia damage behind the gutters. Upon Karl's arrival and his thorough evaluation of her home, he did note some areas of concern. There appeared to be leaves and debris that had been trapped behind her gutters but, in front of the fascia, which meant there was also water falling behind her gutters. He also pointed out that the soil around the foundation of her home was extremely soft meaning the gutter protection she currently had on her home was allowing the foundation to be vulnerable to damage in the future.
He suggest she install the Gutter Shutter Gutter Protection system on her home to prevent anymore water from getting to her fascia board. It is the largest gutter guard system currently on the market and would allow leaves and debris to flush out freely to her downspouts and away from her foundation. Providing relief that her foundation would no longer be in jeopardy of damage.
Mary raved about the beauty of the Gutter Shutter water management system! Powder Springs, GA has another satisfied customer.
We installed a gutter system that is guaranteed to never sag or clog. These gutters came in Musket Brown.
Gutter Shutter of Greater Atlanta replaces clogged gutters with overshooting water issues by installing a new RainDrop Complete system!
When Rebecca reached out to Gutter Shutter of Greater Atlanta, she wasn't sure exactly how old the gutters on her Johns Creek home were, but she knew they weren't working. She and her family had been in the home since 2000, and in all those years, the gutters had never once been replaced. That's over two decades of Georgia rain, pine needles, pollen, and storms, all slowly taking their toll on a gutter system that was well past its prime.
During a recent home inspection, the inspector flagged something Rebecca hadn't thought much about before: the nails securing her gutters were outdated. Old-style spike-and-ferrule fasteners have a well-known tendency to work themselves loose over time, especially after years of Georgia's heavy seasonal rainfall. Sure enough, her gutters were visibly sagging in multiple spots, a telltale sign that the system had finally given out. Water wasn't being directed away from the home the way it should be, and the risk of foundation damage, siding issues, and basement moisture was growing with every passing rainstorm.
Rebecca had already received one estimate before calling Gutter Shutter of Greater Atlanta, so she came in informed and ready for a real solution, not just a patch job. After consulting with the team, she chose a complete RainDrop Gutter installation: 101 linear feet of seamless gutters with inside and outside corners, wide mouth outlets for improved water flow, and white 3x4 downspouts running 60 linear feet. Her old gutters and all the hardware were professionally removed and disposed of, 101 linear feet of outdated material hauled away cleanly. To top it all off, 4-foot flexible GroundSpout extensions were added to ensure water discharges safely away from the home's foundation. The result? A clean, modern gutter system that Rebecca can count on for decades to come, backed by the trusted name of Gutter Shutter of Greater Atlanta, proudly serving Suwanee, Johns Creek, and the surrounding Greater Atlanta area.
