Photo Album: Installed Gutter Shutter System | Suwanee, GA
Gutter Shutter of Greater Atlanta paid a visit to this massive, 7,200 square foot home to talk about replacing a failing gutter system. The problem that continues to irritate homeowners Robanne & Patrick is the constant water pooling. Every time it rains hard, water overshoots the gutters, causing damage to the foundation and washing the landscaping away. With such a beautiful piece of land, a million-dollar home needs a million-dollar solution.
During the Free consultation, our amazing salesman, Rick, inspected the gutters and noticed that on one side of the home, the gutters were equipped with gutter screens, while on the other side, there was an older version of a seamless gutter. He reported his findings and gave his best recommendations. The best solution is to replace the outdated gutters with a maintenance-free gutter system. By choosing Gutter Shutter Seamless Gutters, Robanne & Patrick made the best choice. NO more getting up on the ladder and removing debris and worrying about gutter clogging.
There is no doubt that Gutter Shutter Gutters are the strongest in the industry. Our No-clog guarantee and warranty allow all of our customers to feel confident that our gutters will perform at an elite level and keep the surrounding property dry and free of water damage.
Walking the property
We provided our Free estimate. After walking around the home, we reported all of our finding and gave a complete checklist.
Cracked soffit/fascia
We did find a couple of damaged areas and made the homeonwer aware that there will be a need for some soffit/fascia repair work.
Birds-eye view of the old gutters
We got up on the ladder to inspect the gutters and to check the condition of the soffit & fascia.
Damages gutter screens
The original gutter screens have been torn off and damaged by previous storm-related events. Debris is now making its way into gutters and clogging the downspouts.
Original Seamless Gutters
We inspected the home and found 2 different types of gutter systems. That isn't recommended. Time to make this home a Gutter Shutter home.
Then crew is getting ready
We have completed our inspection, discussed the options with Robanne & Patrick, and are starting to measure the new gutters for a perfect fit.
