When the original gutters on Tammie’s South Fulton home went up in 2005, the house was brand new. Nearly two decades of Georgia storms later, they were showing their age. After the assessment, Archie recommended a complete replacement: 244 linear feet of new K-Style gutters, along with inside and outside corners, a Gutter Shutter Valley Controller, and 89 linear feet of white 3x4 downspout. He also recommended 9 linear feet of new fascia board to give the new system a solid, clean mounting surface. Because a gutter system is only as good as what it’s attached to, the fascia work was part of doing the job properly.
