Challenge

While demonstrating our all in one, seamless metal gutter protection system at the 2025 Spring Home Show we met a potential client from Ranger, GA.  He had a new build home on the lake and needed some type of self-cleaning gutter guard for his current gutter system.  After speaking with James, one of our gutter design specialists, the client decided to have James out to his home for a free inspection and to discuss the RainDrop Gutter Guard System.

James went out on the scheduled day and met with the homeowner.  After James got to the home he did a complete and thorough inspection of the current gutters and did note they were brand new but, did need some type of gutter cover to keep out leaves, debris, squirrels and birds.  He provided the homeowner with an estimate for RainDrop Gutter Covers.  The homeowner was pleased that James brought out samples for his to see, touch and test for durability, and decided they were the best thing for his home.

Solution

On the day of installation, Jose, our Foreman, called the homeowner to let him know the crew was on their way.  He provided him with an approximate time they would be arriving.  Once they got to the home they went straight to work.  Installing the low-maintenance, self-cleaning gutter covers.  Crew was done in about 4 hours and left the homeowner with no mess on site.

Homeowner was pleased the crew was so efficient, came in got to work, cleaned up any mess they made and did a walk around for the customer to make sure all was right and he was completely satisfied.

And, he was!  Another HAPPY customer in Ranger, GA
