Challenge

Adam, a homeowner in Scottdale, GA reached out to Gutter Shutter of Greater Atlanta because he had some questions about his current gutter protection system.  He hadn't done any maintenance on his gutters in the 6 years he had been living at the home.  He was beginning to notice some water overshooting one of his gutters and thought it may be a good idea to go ahead and have them cleaned along with having an inspection done on them to see any potential problems.  

Solution

Karl, one of our Gutter Design Specialist, went out to meet with the homeowner on the day of his free evaluation.  He listed to Andrew and made note of all the main areas he had concerns about.  After they did the first walk through, Karl went back around taking a closer at the whole gutter system.  He noticed there were several areas where the old, outdate gutter protection system was coming lose from the homeowners fascia board.  Not only was this bad for the gutters themselves but this is also a big red flat that there may be fascia rot behind the gutters as well.  Having over 30 years of experience in the industry Karl was able to take Andrew back around the home and show him where exactly the gutter protection system was beginning to fail and explain the damages it could not only do to the gutters/siding of the home but, explained how it could cause foundation issues if the gutters weren't replaced soon.  

Andrew heard all of his options presented to him by Karl and chose to get the RainDrop Gutter protection system installed on his home.  Now, he is worry free and doesn't have to wonder how much longer his gutter system can hold up under all the Georgia rain.
