Challenge
Customer called in needing help with a fallen gutter on the side of her home. It was literally half still attached and half was resting on the ground. An inspection was necessary to see if the gutter could be saved and just rehung or if new gutters were need all together.
Solution
After an thorough inspection with our representative Karl, it was recommended to Ms. Claudia that she redo her entire system as these types of issues were going to keep happening due to poor water flow, clogging and rainwater unable to make it to and through the downspouts. She chose to go with Raindrop Gutters to stop having these issues in a sleek black color to match her roofline.
