Before & After
James had grown tired of dealing with an old gutter system that simply could not keep up during Georgia rainstorms. The existing gutters were underperforming, allowing water to spill over the sides and creating concern around the foundation and landscaping. After meeting with the team from Gutter Shutter of Greater Atlanta, James decided it was time for a full upgrade at his Duluth home.
The crew began by removing and disposing of the failing gutter system before installing 279 linear feet of new RainDrop gutters in a sleek black finish. To improve water movement around the roofline, they added black inside and outside corners with Wide Mouth Outlets, along with a Drop-In Downspout system and oversized 3x4 downspouts. The Wide Mouth Outlet design is significantly larger than traditional outlets, allowing water and small debris to pass through more efficiently and reducing the chance of clogs.
By the end of the project, James had a gutter system built to handle even the heaviest downpours in Duluth. The new RainDrop installation not only gave the home a cleaner, more finished appearance, but also delivered the same benefits homeowners want from modern gutter protection: improved water flow, larger-capacity downspouts, and long-term defense against overflow and debris buildup.
