The fact that these gutters are open and have no gutter guards on them, creates the possibility of your gutters clogging with debris and possible bird nesting/wildlife issues.
Rusted out gutters & no debris net
Here we can see rust starting to set in and there are no screen traps to catch debris at the top of the downspout or gutter guards to deflect any sticks, leaves, etc....
Fascia & Soffit looks good
We checked all around the perimeter of the gutters to make sure there was no visible damage to the Soffit & Fascia. Once the gutters are removed, we still might find some issues that need to be addressed.
