Gutter Shutter of Greater Atlanta Before & After Photos

Ms. Brenda of Fairburn, GA contacted Gutter Shutter of Greater Atlanta because she was interested in finding out about the different options we had to offer as far as gutter replacement goes.  She made mention that the gutter guard system she currently had on her home was outdated and the screens she had on her gutters were not working.  They were allowing things to gather on top of her gutters and causing rain to make a waterfall at her front door.  She was worried if there were other damages on her home that she was not able to see with her novice eye.

We sent our gutter design specialist James out to meet with the homeowner.  She wanted him to take a look at everything from the guards, the gutters and to see how the fascia board was behind her gutters.  James looked at everything for her and luckily the only thing he recommend was replacing the gutters.  Her fascia was fine with no obvious signs of wood rot.  The gutter guards she had on her home weren't functioning properly so it was time for an upgrade.

A homeowner in Mableton reached out to our sister company, Atlanta Basement Systems for concerns with their concrete sinking. Upon review, the representative referred them to Gutter Shutter of Greater Atlanta, as their gutters were overflowing significantly and adding to the issue.

Eddie evaluated the gutters and determined the gutters were consistently overflowing, evident from the "tiger striping" marks on the existing gutters and downspouts. This was evidence the gutters were consistently clogging and overflowing. Eddie recommended Raindrop Gutter Guards for gutter protection from clogging. Liking this solution, the homeowner agreed.

The crew arrived and quickly cleaned the gutters, sealing all the seams and ensuring the gutters were in good condition before adding our Raindrop Gutter Guards. Once properly installed to the existing gutter system, they cleaned up and performed the final walkthrough with the homeowner.

This homeowner was relieved to have a low maintenance solution to their issue with clogged gutters and downspouts. The sleek design allows water to flow into the gutter system while debris sheds easily. Another happy customer in Mableton, GA!

Ms. Stacey of Canton, GA contacted Gutter Shutter of Greater Atlanta to create a water management system for her new addition.  Gutters were needed and ground water management was required to protect the new investment.  Since the patio was sloped toward the new addition water infiltration would present a challenge for many years to come.

Gutter Shutter of Greater Atlanta designed a gutter and ground water management system to handle the water and channel it away from the home.  The result was a black Gutter Shutter system with a lifetime no-clog warranty.  Additionally, downspout extensions and a channel drain we added to manage the patio water.   **See the corresponding photo album for more images.

April and Philip knew their old gutters and downspouts were past their prime. Water was spilling over the edges, and the back deck was taking the worst of it. They asked Gutter Shutter of Greater Atlanta, a trusted local gutter installation company, for help. After a thorough consultation, our team gave them a complete gutter replacement recommendation. They chose the Gutter Shutter Wide Mouth Outlet in a warm Almond finish that suits their Canton home. We removed all 179 feet of the original gutters and replaced 12 feet of water-damaged fascia, so the new system had solid wood to attach to.

The finished result is 179 linear feet of Gutter Shutter High Velocity gutters in Almond, with inside and outside corners for a clean, seamless look. We added 13 linear feet of oversized 3x4 Almond downspouts, 5 strainer baskets, and 2 drop-in downspouts to move water quickly away from the foundation. A slow-flow valley controller at the back deck keeps fast-running roof water from overshooting the gutter. Gutter Shutter's all-in-one gutter protection is guaranteed never to clog and never to pull away from the home. For April and Philip, that means one less thing to worry about every time a Georgia storm rolls in. If your gutters and downspouts are showing their age, call Gutter Shutter of Greater Atlanta for a free estimate.
